She currently leads multi-market teams at T-Mobile across Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama, driving growth through retail strategy, real estate development, dealer partnerships, and hands-on people leadership. Born on the East Coast, raised in the Midwest, and now an adopted Southerner, Phalynn understands that successful marketing begins at the local level.
